Chillicothe IL Child Danville IL Baby Photographer
Oh Lucca was full of smiles and tons of chubbiness for his session with me. I can’t believe how much he has changed. The amount they grow in just only 3 months never ceases to amaze me. They start to emerge with their little personalities and curiosity. I love that I get to be a part of capturing these sweet milestones for so many wonderful people. Lucca got tired at the end of this session, I took advantage and we took some super sweet sleeping photos. Those little curled up hands, long lashes and that little peaceful face. I hope they cherish these for a lifetime!
I called baby Viaan my little peanut for his newborn session, measuring in 5.10 pounds when he arrived for his photos. He loved being swaddled, especially in my new stretch wraps from Dolly Priss, which I love! I am always amazed when babies come in for their newborn photos with a head full of hair and Viaan didn’t disappoint! I love all his sweet characteristics and his wrinkly skin! I know his mom and are so smitten.

Brady was a little dream for his newborn session. I got to see his dreamy eyes for a few minutes, but otherwise, he slept like a charm.

Sidney’s mom and I met years ago at Presence Covenant Medical Center. I couldn’t have been happier to hear that she was expecting her first child. Miss Sidney was a perfect little angel and looked great in all her pinks and tans. She rocked out the best lacy romper from The Dainty Meadow. Her mom brought in this sweetest flight nurse suit for her as well. Her mom works for AirLIFE Flight Crew and her colleagues gifted her one amazing little present. Kambri’s daddy is an avid hunter and I have always wanted to do a hunter’s theme newborn session, so when he showed up with his prized antlers and his hunting gear, I was happy to help Daddy play out his vision. Nothing better than having a dad help me set up a prop for his little girl’s newborn session!
Meet Kambri. Dainty, sweet, and daddy’s little girl!
Reese’s mom and dad wanted to use a blanket from Reese’s grandpa’s old shirts — a special blanket for Reese’s mom after her dad passed away. So, I arranged the newborn session around those colors — hints of blue, yellow and tans. Loved every little bit of color from this girl’s session — all hints of spring!
Welcome to the world, Camden. He came quite bit earlier than planned, but he is a healthy little bean!! He did awesome during his newborn portrait session in my Bloomington IL photography studio. I loved how he just went with the flow!

It was really nice to catch up with this family again after a few years and to find out they were expecting their second child as well! I loved this simple, laid back family maternity session at Ewing Castle in Normal, IL. The weather was gorgeous and so was this family. I can’t wait to meet their little one next year!!
What a perfect night for a summer session with this family! Not only was the night perfect and the weather amazing, it was Dad’s birthday!! They had so much fun during Cole’s 1 year family session and it was obvious by the smiles on everyone’s faces. Cole loves instruments and has already started helping Dad play the guitar. Those are some of my most favorite photos to date I have ever taken! I hope they cherish them forever.
