This little family is so tough. I had the pleasure of meeting them when they booked me for Owen’s 3 year session this spring. Momma was expecting and asked me to document her second baby….a girl.
We planned on maternity photos and the she got put on bedrest….But we made the best of it and did them on the grounds at the hospital. It was actually pretty awesome. You can view that session here.
She ended up induced the following day, so good thing we planned it out right!
When Addison was born, Mom and Dad knew she was going to be spending some time at the hospital and were waiting to hear of discharge. Patiently waiting, they determined they were keeping her until sometime mid summer.
So, I hopped in my car again and documented their life….as it is. It’s gorgeous. They are handling things like champs, smiles on their faces, being strong for each other, for Owen, and for Addison. There is seriously nothing but love in this family.
They are so supportive of each other, encouraging and patient. I have spent quite some time with this family and can just feel their dedication to one another.
So thankful to be a part of such memories, whether they are tough at times or not, they will be so glad to have this to treasure!
This was the first time Owen and I met and he was just such a sweet little boy. We explored, played tag, raced each other (he always won of course), and threw rocks in the water. For those of you who have ever booked a photography session with me, you know, Chandi Kesler Photography, you know that I love to have fun with the kids…..and dads. It’s the best and easiest way to make your session easy and memorable. It’s not easy getting out there to take pics, dress everyone for a family session or convince our significant others that we are getting family photos…..again. Dads usually grumble, but honestly, by the time we are done with our session, I feel like that dads are usually pretty happy and tell me how fun it was…..MOST of the time!!
So, don’t hesitate to reach out and book. I make it easy. Just CLICK HERE TO EMAIL ME and we will get you all set up!!! I can’t wait to meet you!
I had so much fun photographing Miss Allison. She is a Tri-Valley Senior Class of 2017. This session was so awesome for me to photograph because I was a Tri-Valley alum.
We spent some time at the Tri-Valley softball fields, as Allison has spent much of her career pitching for her softball team. We also really wanted to capture the colors of fall…..it was the perfect night for it! It was a gorgeous, sunny evening for her photos and I’m so happy we were able to make it all work.
Best wishes to this girl!
I could gush on this sweet little girl all day long. As a newborn photographer, I love each and every one of the newborns that walks into my Studio located in Bloomington IL and Madeline is no exception. Her strawberry blonde hair, her chubby cheeks and of course he fuzzy little ears.
Please don’t wait to book your newborn session with Chandi Kesler Photography. Limited amount of sessions are taken each month to ensure availability.
Madeline is modeling several of my favorite items – the vendors are listed and tagged below.

This family was so fun. Their kids loved the camera and we had the most gorgeous sunset for their fall family photos. We did their session near Crestwicke Country Club in Bloomington, IL. I am loving all the fall foilage this time of year. It has been providing the best fall backdrop for my outdoor fall family pictures this year! Without further ado, please check out this gorgeous family of 5!
Clara’s newborn baby girl session was just how you would imagine any little newborn girl’s first photos to be: pink, girly, simple and sweet. Her big sister is so proud and is already taking on the big sister role and helping her momma out when she can!
On a side note, I love what I do and I love even more that I get to meet people in my neighborhood while doing it. I now have a new friend and a new running buddy.
This creek photo session was so fun. We had the perfect weather and the perfect sunset for Ellie’s creek pictures. Something about kids in a creek in the summer just melts my little heart. I loved having these Creek Mini Sessions and will likely make them an annual thing for my clients! I think everyone loved them!
Sometimes you meet people and they leave last impressions on you throughout your entire life. That is Tiffany. She is an amazing friend and a wonderful mother and wife. She would do anything for anyone. Period. Today, she packed up her family of 6 and made the drive from an hour and a half away to to see her Bloomington IL photographer friend – now that is an honor.
Photographing a family of 6 may overwhelm some people and, I will admit, I was nervous. It didn’t help knowing there were going to be older kids (you know those peek-a-boo tricks and duck noises don’t work for kids of all ages). However, I walked away from this session raving to mom and dad about how amazing their family is! Really, the session was fun, easy and laid back for everyone! I would do it over and over again in a heart beat!
And, again, with that gorgeous sunset – it’s all about the timing!
Well, this little girl is beautiful, and with a mama like Brooke, we would expect no different. Brooke and I go way back to playing with cabbage patch kids and causing mischief on our summer breaks. It was so nice to catch up with her. We have both accomplished so much in life since our Barbie days. Her and her husband just welcomed little Corrine into the world 9 short days ago! Here she is. Her session was filled with pinks, mint and lavender. I also got to use the tree stump that’s been in storage for months – thanks to my husband for carrying that massive thing down the stairs!

This family is gorgeous all the way around!! I loved having Coen’s sister and brother in on the fun during his newborn session. I know they will always cherish these images!
So let’s talk about this baby boy’s cheeks! Are they not to die for?! I mean, come on!! He’s is so handsome already. He gave me a hard time at the beginning, but I eventually won the battle after mom put him into a milk comma!!
World, Meet Coen.
