Every session with Chandi Kesler Photography is all-inclusive, meaning no matter what you book, your session inlcudes your choice of digital images. I provide a prep guide, what to wear information, and I can even provide clothing for your session if you desire! Mu client closet is forever growing! My goal is to make your session easy and stress free. We will play, run, cuddle and capture those timeless moments you live everyday so you can cherish them forever!

Initial Contact
CONTACT AND BOOKING
From the moment you reach out, we start the planning process. Reach out to me with your session request and needs and we will choose your ideal session.
Indoor sessions are available year-round. Outdoor sessions are typically booked April-October, weather permitting.
Newborn sessions are ideally booked while you are still pregnant and are scheduled by booking your due date. Once your baby is here, we will plan your actual session. If your baby is already here, contact me and we will make a plan!

Preparation
PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
After you book, you will receive a detailed prep packet covering what to wear for your session and how to coordinate outfits (the most important piece), photos and information about my extenseive client closet, information about session lighting, location and rescheduling options, in the event we have to change dates.
I LOVE sharing my client closet!!! Please come check it out! If you want to use something from me, you can set up an appointment to come touch, see, feel and try on any of my amazing client options. Sizes range from preemie to adult XXL.
Session Info
THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION
The week of your session, I send out an email with your session details: date, time, any location information and how to prepare your family for the best possible session with me!!
On the day of your session, I will meet you at our planned location and we will chat for a few before we begin shooting. I try to warm up to any children before we begin, as I feel that makes them more comfortable with me, therefore allowing me to capture more authentic interactions.
From there, we will play, be silly, and move a lot! I will direct you throughout our entire session so we can still capture candid moments and the details you never want to forget. Most of all, we will have fun!
After Your Session
TURNAROUND TIME, SOFT PROOFING + FINAL IMAGES
After your session, I TRY to post a sneak peek on my Instagram and Facebook pages within the same week.
I send out proof galleries via email for every session which allows YOU to choose your favorite images to keep and cherish. You know your family best, so you should be the one picking your favorite images! Proofs are usually sent out within 4-6 weeks of your session date. During the fall, turnaround time may be longer. Proofs have minor adjustments only.
Once you select your favorite images, I will do a full retouch of every image you choose and send them back to you via email, usaully within 7 days.
